Simple Soy Sauce Garlic Marinade

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of brown sugar or raw sugar
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of black pepper
1/4 cup of chopped scallions
