Actually, there’s a bit more to that but let’s not bore you. Some amazing people have come in and out of my life, some are still here and getting fat…but everyone has had the patience and palette do endure my learning curve. For that, I thank them.
Anyway, I am hoping to share the lessons I learned with you.

Marriedguychef can’t get heirloom tomatoes, wild Monkfish and fresh oysters (on the half shell). It’s easier for him to find chicken feet, Yangtze River Carp, and turtles (in the whole shell). Here, in this Westerners culinary hell on Earth, marriedguychef uses more basic local ingredients and the occasional overpriced, but imported one, to create
dishes that are slightly less spectacular than singleguychef.
Marriedguychef lives with marriedchicchef and their son in Nanjing, China. They all like food and beverages very much.
