Dark Chocolate Dipped Stem Strawberries with Fleur de Sel Mascarpone Cream

I created this for one of my sister’s birthday parties years ago. Back then, I served them on bamboo skewers to give the lollipop feel. It’s a simple dessert to make and is fun to plate.

Kobe Burgers with Spinach, Arugula Pesto

I found this recipe on epicurious.com and have made it dozens of times. I’ve used variations of vinaigrettes/dressings with it and they have all received praise from friends.

Champagne Mustard Vinaigrette

Sweet & simple vinaigrette that’s great for seafoods.

3 TBs of champagne vinegar
2 TBs of whole grain Dijon mustard
1 small shallot, finely chopped
