Pep’pear (say with a bad French accent) Martini

Pep’pear (say with a bad French accent) Martini

Posted on 11. Jun, 2009 by in cocktails, Drinks

This unique cocktail started at Roast.  We liked the drink a lot more than we liked the bartender so we decided to give it a shot at home.

Party for one:

1 oz Absolut Pepper Vodka
3 oz Pear Nectar
1/2 oz Drambuie
2 Olives

Rim one martini glass with fine salt
Combine all ingredients (minus the olives) over ice in a martini shaker
Pour into martini glass and add olives

Toast and Enjoy

This martini looks great. I just need some pear nectar. I have the pepper vodka, i may try my tangerine syrup in it.

    Tangerine syrup sounds fantastic!
