Ingredients
1/8 cup of sesame oil
1/4 cup of Thai sweet chili
1 cup of Sherry
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 heaping cup of peanut butter
1/8 cup of sriracha
1/8 cup of fresh ginger, minced
2 TBs. of garlic, minced
Preparation
1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the sesame oil, into a glass bowl.
2. Whisk and stream in the sesame oil until sauce is thickened.
